It is a case packer which applicable for varied specifications of product, The machine adopts programmable PLC control with touch screen, equipped with magnetic positioning switch for accurate positioning. It operate pneumatic ally contribute no contamination, reduce labor hence does the cost, the equipment is easy operation, simple maintenance and reliable running¡£
Work Elements:
Material is loaded manually. Parameter is set on the touch screen, the programmable PLC controls feeding device to stack products according to preset parameter, the stacked products are pushed into case when the amount of products had been stacked is up to the preset amount, then the case turns and comes out to finish the whole case packing process.
