Work Elements:
After is the cotton roll is pulled apart into desired lengths by two pairs of pinch rollers, the cotton piece is transported to a track by a rolling wheel, where an air cylinder push the cotton into a glass tube, then rotary shelf works, the tube moves over the bottle and the cotton piece is inserted into the bottle by another air cylinder. Automatically controlled by PLC with stable and reliable operation. It also has multi-protection functions involving the function that can automatically start when bottles is coming and stop when bottles are lack, or block up.

1. Servo-motor driven system makes accurate position for rotary shelf.
2. Length of a cotton piece can be set freely in the range.
3. Amount of cotton per bottle is set from 1 to 10 freely.
