NHK-PRT-40 Vial Tray Filling Machine
It mainly applicable to automatically fill vials of oral use liquid, ampoule etc. small diameter, and column shaped vials into vial trays in industries of pharmaceutical, health care and foodstuff. It can be combined with horizontal labeler or used as stand alone.
Work Elements:
Vials which have been labeled by a horizontal labeler are conveyed onto a vial conveyor through a special vial unscrambling wheel, afterwards are conveyed to the end of front side. Vial trays are load onto a tray shelf manually and declined freely using a cylinder, then picked up and put on the conveyor via a vacuum chuck driven by the cylinder, the servo motor drives the vial trays to move forward. While the neat vials are picked up by a vacuum chuck and filled into the vial trays using a vertical cylinder and a horizontal cylinder via a guiding track, followed by the servo motor driving a synchronic-belt to convey the filled vial trays to next work process.

3. Speed variable infinitely by original SEW motor made in Germany and SANYO servo motor.
4. It is mainly made of 304 stainless steel and in compliance with GMP standards and can be modified according to requirements.
5. For vials of different diameter and vial trays of different specification, only need change the vial unscrambling wheel and the guiding panel that is easy and quick.
6. With PLC control and touch screen, it unscrambles vials automatically to meet working status and stops automatically when vials jam and tray is not available.
7. Equipped with buffer control mechanism for avoiding missing and error filling owing to tray is not available.
8. The position for loading tray is open for easy operation.
9. Filled trays can enter into a cartoner automatically.
