NHK-PLB-2020 Ampoule Labeler
The machine is controlled by micro-PLC with touch screen allows for direct operation, which makes parameter adjustment more convenient. Being the advanced model in the world, the labeling head offers high precision, sensitivity of labeling sensor is adjustable ,while detecting sensor has strong resistant ¨Cinterfere capability to detect and print label accurately. The machine is made of stainless steel and aluminum material without contamination on product which conforms to GMP standard.
Work Elements:
Bottle is set level and fed into conveyor by separator wheel and righting bottle by righting device. When sensor detects bottle, will send a signal of dispensing label, the base paper rolls back after bottle is labeled, a roller press down the label for label smoothness.
