NHK-PLB-1220 Corner Labeler
The machine is equipped with PLC control system with touch screen, with alternative label supporting structure of pneumatic and electric in available. With three functions such as label intelligent management function (automatically alarm or stop as label is about used up), warning signal function (automatically detect label blank state ,alarm and provide remedy information when there is a fault. ), optional image checking system (alarm and reject as label blank, labeling failure, label overlapping, etc)
Work Elements:
NHK-PLB-1220 is a dual-head corner labeler, which is designed to apply labels on flat or square cartons in pharmaceutical, health care and cosmetic industries, etc. Cartons are separated by separating wheel and conveyed to labeling heads. Label is automatically applied to carton as detected by photoelectric sensors. In the meantime, another label is applied to opposite side by air pressure.
